Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations (Order Withdrawal)

Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately passed to our shipping system through an integrated workflow, and therefore cancellations cannot be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of product arrival.

To request a return, please submit your request via your account page (https://account.weareimperf.com/) along with the reason for the return/exchange.

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 15 days have passed since the product was delivered
  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or soiling
  • The product has developed odors, stains, or scratches
  • Tags or accessories are missing, damaged, or soiled
  • The item is marked as non-returnable on the product or campaign page

Returns Due to Our Error (Defective Items or Wrong Items Delivered)

For returns due to our error, such as defective items or items differing from your order, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Please note: If you ship the return prepaid when it should have been sent collect (cash on delivery), we are unable to refund the shipping costs.

Returns Due to Customer Reasons (e.g. Different From Expectations, Wrong Size)

If the conditions for return are met, returns due to customer reasons are possible. However, please note that we may be unable to accommodate requests that fall under the conditions listed above. Return shipping costs in these cases are borne by the customer.

  • If you ship the return collect (cash on delivery), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • For returns, the free shipping service does not apply, and JPY 330 (tax included) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please keep the shipping receipt until the refund is completed.
