Shipping

We offer free shipping within Japan. We also support international shipping, and the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery region.

Regular items will be shipped sequentially after order confirmation. If your order includes pre-order items, all items will be shipped once they are available.

Orders placed by noon (12:00 PM) on weekdays and Saturdays will be shipped the same day; orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped the next business day. (Please note that during bad weather or logistics congestion, shipping may take longer than usual.)

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Cases where returns cannot be accepted

• More than 15 days have passed since the product was received.
• The product shows signs of use, damage, or stains.
• The product has odors, stains, or scratches.
• The product's tags or accessories are missing, damaged, or soiled.
• The product is explicitly stated as non-returnable on the product page or campaign page.

For returns due to our fault, such as defective products or receiving items different from your order:
We will bear all shipping costs for the return.

*Please note that if you send the item with postage paid when it should have been sent cash on delivery, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

For returns due to customer convenience, such as differences in image or size:

If the product meets the return conditions, returns due to customer convenience are possible.

Care Instructions (Blanket)

・We recommend washing in cold water below 30℃, using a gentle cycle or hand wash.
・Do not use bleach. If necessary, use a non-chlorine bleach.
・If using a dryer, set it to a low temperature and avoid long drying times to prevent shrinkage.
・Please be aware that dark colors may transfer when wet or through friction.
・Due to the nature of natural materials, there may be slight individual variations.
